TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Manufacturer’s warranty is applicable as per terms and conditions listed by the manufacturer and will commence from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.

  • Warranty terms will be as provided by the manufacture/principal supplier and Plug Ins is a facilitator only.

  • Warranty becomes invalid if the product has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorized person/other service centre.

  • Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.

  • Warranty is applicable within limits of UAE only, unless specified.

  • Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.

  • If the manufacturer warranty offered is more than 1 year, then Plug Ins warranty will continue after the manufacturer warranty period is over.

  • FREE Warranty is only available for purchases made until midnight on 30 September, 2017. Additional warranty will be charged after that.

  • Plug Ins Warranty includes free repairs during the time period of the warranty.

  • Products will be repaired up to a limit of the value of the products.

  • Warranty is applicable within limits of UAE only, unless specified.

  • Time period will commence from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.

  • Free collection and delivery of faulty unit is valid on warranted products with a value of at least AED 5,000, large kitchen appliances and TVs with a screen size of 39” or more. Available within the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

  • Free collection of un-repaired items for recycling is available for large appliances and panels.

  • If the product is not repairable within 14 working days, a standby unit can be requested. Standby units may or may not have the same features as your original product and will be subject to availability. For panels, a standby unit with a maximum 32” screen size will be provided for a screen size of 42” or more.

  • A replacement unit will only be provided once the cause of damage has been determined and deemed unintentional and is due to mechanical failure. The replacement may be a fully refurbished product of the same specification or higher. Large appliances and TVs can take up to 30 business days to be replaced. Warranty plan will be void once product is replaced.

  • Appliances will be replaced with the same or a similar product if not repaired within 30 business days.

  • Plug Ins Warranty does not cover physical or water damage to the product, or damage due to neglect, abuse or misuse of the product.

  • Plug Ins Warranty does not cover breakdown of the product due to fire, unless caused by an electric malfunction within the product.

  • Products opened, repaired or tampered with by unauthorised third party agents or other service centres nullifies the Plug Ins warranty.

  • Unlimited free repairs do not cover the labour cost or parts on units found to be damaged or misused.

  • Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty*

  • Items without sales invoice and valid warranty will not be covered under Plug Ins Warranty.

  • Software issues or data back-up is not included

  • Image retention on TVs Is not covered under the warranty

 

 

* Accessories: discs, control pads, batteries, adapters, headsets, etc.

* Consumables: bulbs, lamps, cartridges, toners, drums, print heads, etc.

 

 

  • If none of the benefits have been used, 50% of the value of the additional warranty can be discounted off the next purchase of AED 1000 or more with a new warranty service.

  • This offer is not valid for FREE warranty.

  • The warranty discount off the next purchase can be used online only and will be provided after the period of original service/warranty is over. This will be valid for a period of 5 months.
