What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is our service that allows you to shop from the comforts of your home with the added convenience of picking it up at a time that suits you - so there’s no need to wait around either for your order to arrive.
How do I pay for my order when I’m using Click & Collect?
Our Click & Collect service allows you to conveniently pay for your item online, and collect your order from a store of your choice.
Click & Collect: How does it work in-store?
Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection. We’ll hold your items in the store for up to 7 days.
When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you - either printed or electronic.
What if I cannot find the product that I want to order through Click & Collect? What do I do?
If a product is not available for Click & Collect, you may still be able to order the product through home delivery.
What if I want to return my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be returned to any Al-Futtaim Plug Ins store, subject to our return policy. Click here for our Returns Policy.
What if I do not collect my Click & Collect order?
If you are delayed in collecting your order, please contact us. If the order is not collected in time without any notice, we will refund you using the original payment method after 7 days.
How long do I have to return a Click & Collect order?
Orders can be returned subject to Al-Futtaim Plug Ins’ returns policy. All returns must be done in store. Click here for our Returns Policy.
Can I change my collection point for my Click & Collect order after it has been placed?
Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, and a store selected, we are unable to change the collection point. If you would like to collect your order from a different store then a new order would need to be made, along with a request to cancel the original order.
Can you cancel a Click & Collect order?
Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, you can cancel it up until it is collected. To cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Centre through our Contact Us page or call us on 800 PLUGINS (800 7584 467) between 10am and 7pm, Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Please note that if you have already paid online for your order, a cancellation will result in an automatic refund to your original payment method.
